The founder
Teton Wilson, Founder & CEO
Teton served in the U.S. Air Force before building a career in software and systems. He founded Be Chosen Agency to do one thing well: take a defined operational problem and turn it into a working system that the people who own it can run.
He has designed and operated production multi-tenant software, built the intake, routing, and workflow systems behind it, and run the release discipline that keeps it working. That engineering record is what BCA brings to federal programs, along with the candor to say what it has not done yet.
On every engagement, Teton is the person who scopes the work, leads the build, and signs the handoff. Contracting officers and prime capture leads deal directly with him.

Bounded scope, written down
Every engagement names the users, the records, the interfaces, the deliverables, and the acceptance evidence before award. Exclusions are listed too.
Authority stays where policy puts it
Platform, security authorization, hosting, and program management remain with the agency or prime unless the awarded scope says otherwise.
Evidence ships with the work
Test records, traceability, reconciliation checks, and accessibility evidence are deliverables, not a summary in a status report.
Claims match the record
BCA publishes what it has and what it does not: no federal past performance yet, no clearances, no FedRAMP, ATO, CMMC, ISO, or SOC 2, not a GSA MAS holder.
Public or synthetic data by default
Prototypes and demonstrations never start with production or personal data. A buyer-approved path is required before any of it is used.
Handoff is the finish line
Source, documentation, training, and an open-risk register with named owners. The work is done when someone else can run it.
